Terms & Conditions – Spin & Win Contest

1. Eligibility:



The Spin & Win contest is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who purchase Vivo Phones from our authorised Retailers during the contest period.



Participants must be residents of India.



Employees of Rongsheng Mobile India Pvt Ltd, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period:



The contest is valid from 15th September 2025 to 20th October 2025. Entries outside this period will not be considered.

3. Participation Process:  Purchase: You purchase the vivo smartphone in any available vivo phone variants (except Series T & iQOO).



Introduction of Campaign: Enter the link introduced by the VBA/Retailer.



Landing Page: Once the link opens, the landing page pops up.



Data Entry: Enter the data as directed (VBA/Retailer will assist).



IMEI Validation: Once IMEI got verified, Next part will pop up automatically.



Awareness Survey: The next page will be a survey of customer behaviour.



Draw the Spin Wheel machine: “SPIN THE WHEEL” [Each participant is allowed only one spin per purchase].



Prize Announcement: Your Prize gets confirmed and shown on the screen.



 The spin outcome is determined by a random, computer-generated algorithm and is not influenced by the participant or Rongsheng Mobile India Pvt Ltd.



 Each spin result is final, and no requests for re-spins or changes will not be entertained.

7. Prize Redemption:



 Winners will be notified immediately on-screen and may receive a confirmation via [SMS/email/phone call].



 To claim the prize, winners must provide [proof of identity, purchase invoice, and registration details] within [specific period, e.g., 7 days from the date of purchase].



 Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
